A Siemens PLC manages automated processes, while an intuitive MMI touchscreen provides easy monitoring and control. This combination delivers precise automatic tension control during both unwinding and rewinding, resulting in consistently high-quality finished rolls.

Stable Web Transport

An S-Wrap transport section with a vacuum roller securely holds and guides the web, preventing slippage even at varying speeds. This reliable transport system maintains precise control and high-quality results throughout the process.

Flexible Configurations

Available in widths of 1300 mm, 1600 mm, and 1800 mm, Jumbo Roll Slitter UHS-II can operate at speeds of up to 600 meters per minute. Depending on their specific workspace and production needs, customers can choose between overhead or platform web path options.

Customized Tension Control

Top and pendulum lay-on rollers apply optimal pressure to the materials, ensuring flatness, smoothness, and proper alignment. This prevents wrinkles and ensures that the material is cut cleanly and wound evenly onto rolls.

High-Quality Winding

Differential rewind shafts with individual ball lock friction elements maintain consistent tension for each roll. Combined with electro-pneumatic lay-on rollers, this system delivers exceptional winding results. Jumbo Roll Slitter UNS-II standardly supports 3-inch cores but can also be customized for 6-inch cores if required.
